What would happen to your business if you
.... |
- Had A Natural Disaster
- Lost An Owner or Key Employee
- Had A Fire
- Lost Your Computer Data
- Had A Hazardous Material
Release
- Had A Special Event
- Lost a Major Supplier
Hurricane, terrorism, fire,
armed robbery, flood, Hazardous Material release; we hear of these all the
time
Have you thought about the loss of a major supplier, or your best
customer? How about loss of your computer data? Or the keys to
everything you own?
Continuity Planning can help you overcome any
unusual circumstance in your business life.
But these unusual
circumstances do not need to be emergencies, which is why it is Business
Continuity, not Business Emergency, or Business Disaster.
Other
contingencies you can prepare for are special events of all sorts, loss of key
personnel, bad PR, loss of important suppliers or customers, the list can be
stretched ad infinitum.

The Solution Is A Business Continuity
Plan |
A plan for the unexpected is a
logical and reasonable response the the major and minor threats. Some threats
will inevitably become reality, while others are only a remote threat. A
properly organized BCP will protect your organization against all of them with
minimal disruption of the usual business process.
Business Continutiy
Plans are sometimes called 'Business Contingency Plans' or 'Disaster Recovery
Plans' or 'Emergency Plans'. Though the emphasis in these plans are different,
they are essentially preparing for the continuity of the business, so I prefer
to call them the more inclusive Business Continuity Plan.
Browse the
website, see how you can protect your business from many different threats and,
with our help, create a custom BCP, train your workforce to follow it, and
respond quickly to the unexpected contingency with your own custom
